  • There are no monthly fees and no charges for the calls. Users need relatives or friends in Romania to get a Zapp voice subscription with Zapp Global Free Upgrade in order to benefit from the free calls. Your friends or relatives who call you from other mobile or fixed networks will pay the normal fee charged by the carrier for a off-net call according to their offer.
